Biense Visser is one of the Founders of F1 SeedTech in 2019. He acts as Chairman of the Executive Committee and has 25 years of pharma industry experience, in his last position he was a member of the Executive Board of Teve Pharmaceuticals.
From 2002 through 2008, he was CEO of DeRuiterSeeds, a specialty F1 vegetable seed breeder acquired in 2008 by Monsanto, now Bayer. In addition, he was also CEO of the runner-up in flower breeding Dümmen Orange.
Today he is a member of the Supervisory Board of the berry breeder Planasa and of the alt protein producer The Protein Brewery. Biense is a PharmD and MBA by education.
